Drum and Bass Legend Andy C to Debut New 'Alive' Live Show This Autumn

Legendary drum and bass DJ Andy C will be unveiling his new live show later this year, as he aims to take the ever-rising genre to new heights.

The English producer and superstar DJ has been at the forefront of the drum and bass scene for years, and although his production side isn’t regularly showcased, his DJing ability more than makes up for it. His mixing, highlighted from his now iconic Nightlife series, which consists of Andy expertly mixing the biggest tracks of the time with forthcoming singles, is unrivalled in drum and bass and that’s why DJ MAG lists him in as #61 on their list of top 100 DJs for any genre.

He also owns RAM Records, the Essex based label which is up there at the top of drum and bass alongside people like Hospital Records, Metalheadz, Critical and Playaz. So with a world-beating record label, world-class DJing skills and countless releases on his own as well as other labels, what else is there to do for Andy C? Design a whole new live show, of course!

The whole thing has been kept a complete secret and apart from a 20-second trailer (embedded below) and a raging discussion on DnB Forum, nothing is really know about what the ‘Alive’ show will contain. I guess the only way we’ll be finding out anytime soon is by attending one of the shows on the Alive tour. If you’re as curious as me, check the dates and details below and get yourself to one of these raves!
