Stereoboard Issues Scam Alert As Coldplay UK Tour Tickets Set To Sell Out In Minutes

As always, Stereoboard have a very serious and concerning attitude towards ticket scamming. That’s why we’re sending out an advanced alert to all Coldplay fans looking to get their hands on tickets for their three shows in December this Friday morning, which are likely to sell out very quickly – and it could potentially turn into a ticket scam nightmare.
Tickets for the short tour go on-sale this Friday at 9.30am, but we (and many others) think that the tickets are extremely likely to sell-out well within the first hour, leaving thousands of fans disappointed. And with sell-out shows like these, touts and scammers have a field day – they pounce on as many tickets they can and sell them on for disgustingly high prices, and sometimes you can even end up buying fake tickets from a scam site. Can you imagine paying a small fortune for a gig you won’t even get in to? It’s more than likely that some reading this have already fallen for the same type of ticket scam.
The idea of fans looking for a good time at a concert being left upset and out-of-pocket is something we feel strongly about at Stereoboard, which is why we launched our Access All Areas campaign this year to warn fans about the prevalence of ticket scams.
