Vetiver Announce New Live Shows and Fleet Foxes Support Date

US indie-folk band Vetiver have announced two live dates in Glasgow and London, which will follow a date supporting label-mates Fleet Foxes on Thursday 1st December at Leeds O2 Academy – see below for full details and tickets.

Vetiver’s last visit to the UK took place in June and July, shortly after the release of their latest album ‘The Errant Charm’. ‘Can’t You Tell’, the latest single to be taken from the album, is due for release next week. The new single follows ‘Wonder Why’, which came out earlier this year – watch the video below.

‘The Errant Charm’ is the follow-up to Vetiver’s critically-acclaimed fourth album ‘Tight Knit’, which was released in 2009. Singer-songwriter Andy Cabic, formerly of The Raymond Brake, founded Vetiver in San Fransisco after the break-up of his previous band. In 2004, they released their eponymous debut, which was followed by 2006’s ‘To Find Me Gone’ and 2008’s ‘Thing of the Past’. Vetiver have since toured with the likes of Devendra Banhart. Cabic also co-produced Banhart’s album ‘Cripple Crow’ in 2005.
