Kings Of The City To Support Maverick Sabre On UK Tour

Following a cover of Sabre’s ‘Let Me Go’ for youth broadcaster SB.TV, Maverick picked up on the video and invited rap group Kings of the City onto his debut headline tour ‘Lonely are the Brave’, which also see’s Delilah support.
The 2nd of a trilogy of SB.TV music videos, the tune is on a 7 track EP that features covers of Wretch 32, White Stripes and Professor Green in Kings of the City’s style of blues rock fused with hip hop. You can download/stream the ‘Covers’ EP free here.
The band consist of rappers Ali Bla Bla and KoKen, lead singer Danny Wilder, guitarist Richie 2 Pun, bassist Memari Man and drummer Royal with 2011 seeing them headline the Jazz Café, Cargo and Proud Galleries and being championed by Charlie Sloth on BBC 1xtra and Radio 1 with a special Fire In The Booth set to broadcast later this month.
