Gary Barlow Auctions Special Seats For Royal Albert Hall Shows

After going onsale last Friday, October 28th, tickets for Gary Barlow’s first solo shows in over 11 years sold out within one hour. Those who were unlucky in securing tickets will be pleased to know that Gary Barlow held back some of the best tickets in the Royal Albert Hall and is auctioning them off right now at www.gigsandtours.com/garybarlow.
Tickets for the two concerts, on December 5th and December 6th, will raise funds for youth charity The Prince’s Trust and The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.
Speaking about the frenzied rush for tickets, Gary said. “I've been overwhelmed at the response for both shows which sold out on Friday. Fans will be glad to know we've kept some back with great views of the stage to auction off to the highest bidder so we can make as much money as we possibly can for The Princes Trust ".
Fans who missed out last Friday can now bid for the last remaining tickets online at www.gigsandtours.com/garybarlow. The auction, which launched on 28th October, runs until 8pm on Wednesday 2nd November and will see tickets go to the highest bidders.
Gary is a long-term supporter of youth charity The Prince’s Trust, having donated proceeds from his GB40 show earlier in the year and also attended The Trust’s Rock Gala event in 2010. The solo shows in December will support the charity’s City Riots Appeal.
“I’m glad the tickets have sold out so quickly - the money being raised is going to a cause close to my heart. The Prince’s Trust’s City Riots Appeal will help disadvantaged young people living in riot-torn areas.” says Gary.
There are 500 auction tickets now available for the Gary Barlow concerts - “In Support of Young People” - including 200 for 5th December and 300 for 6th December. The tickets include Arena and Stalls seats and bids will be limited to one or two tickets.
Singing, songwriter sisters, The Pierces, will provide support Gary Barlow as special guests on both nights.
