A real treat for soul and funk fans everywhere now, Sharon Jones And The Dap-Kings have announced a UK tour!
With seamless dance routines and blistering hard grooves, The Dap Kings are one of the best funk/soul outfits in the known world. Spearheading a revivalist movement, Sharon Jones' irresistible vocals and the band's superb instrumentation captures the essence of funk/soul music as it was at its height in the mid-1960s to mid-1970s.
The group have announced four shows for March 2012, kicking-off their visit at Bristol's O2 Academy on 3rd March before visiting venues in Glasgow, Nottingham and London.
