Keane Announce Second Intimate Show Previewing New Album

Earlier this week Keane confirmed an intimate show at Bexhill-On-Sea's De La Warr Pavilion to preview their recently-completely brand new album. With tickets for the show going onsale this morning, a huge demand to see Keane live has led the band to confirm a second date at the venue.
The show will see Keane preview material form their upcoming new album which they began working on last year. Keane are now mixing the new record with a release date to be announced shortly.
Keane had documented the development of the the new album via a blog and a recent post from drummer Richard Hughes explained how things were progressing: "We're getting to a stage where we have been through most of the songs a hundred times, with only the newest couple needing fundamental work, restructuring or trying new sections. There are a couple that have more than one version, with us trying a couple of directions in parallel, just to see which way is going to work out best."
"It's a satisfying process, but as soon as you think you are getting somewhere you realise you still have miles to go. I'm not sure how we are going to narrow down an album from the 16 songs we are working on. Every time we start on another song I fall in love with it all over again. I guess it's a good problem to have."
Keane will play a set that mixes old favourites with brand new material.
