Rihanna Overtakes Lady Gaga As Most Viewed Female On YouTube

Barbados-born beauty Rihanna has officially become the most viewed female artist on YouTube, over-taking previous queen Lady Gaga.

Rihanna has already been crowned the biggest-selling digital artist of all time, as well as the most talked-about singer on Facebook last year, and has no surpassed an incredible 2billion views on the video sharing website, despite Lady Gaga becoming the first ever musician to hit 1billion. Both stars are still standing in YouTube shadows cast by Justin Bieber, though, who has already hit 2.2billion views.

Rihanna’s hit single ‘Rude Boy’ also managed to surpass a massive 185million views, making it one of the most viewed videos on YouTube – though it again still trails to Justin Bieber’s ‘Baby’, which is just 5million views short of 700million.
