Ameila Lily Signs Three Album Record Deal According To Reports

X-Factor singer Amelia Lily, who finished third in the latest series of the talent contest, has reportedly signed a three-album record deal worth £500,000.

Interestingly, Lily was originally eliminated from the show, but was asked back by the producers after wild-child Frankie Cocozza was booted out for breaking the show’s ‘Golden Rules’ – and now seems to be furthering her career more than winners Little Mix and runner-up Marcus Collins.

The record deal has been signed with Xenomania, a subsidiary of the massive Sony Music company, a label who has worked with superstars like Cher, Girls Aloud and the Sugababes. Lily is the first artist to officially sign for the label as an act, and will put out three albums under her new contract.

An ‘insider’ told the Daily Mirror: “Amelia will be the perfect popstar and has fantastic hit-makers who were behind some of The Saturdays' and Girls Aloud's best songs. It'll be a great combination.”

She is also apparently already recording material for the first of the three albums, which will be her debut release following the end of the X-Factor.
