'I'd Like To Do Something With Miles Kane,' Says Paul Weller

53 year-old singer-songwriter Paul Weller, a.k.a ‘The Modfather’, has confessed that he’d love to work with indie rocker Miles Kane.
Weller is currently preparing for the release of his 11th studio album ‘Sonik Kicks’, which comes out on near the end of March, but is already looking at future collaborations – and Miles Kane seems to be his ideal choice, describing the singer and guitarist as a ‘talented lad’.
Speaking to NME, Weller said: “I'd like to do something with young Miles Kane. I think he's a talented lad and we could do something good together.”
He went on to talk about his songwriting process and technique, revealing: “I don't think it's changed, I don't think it's ever been any different, it's still kind quite ad hoc. Sometimes I'll sit down and play a song straight off and sometimes I'll just have fragments of ideas which take time to process. I don't think it's changed too much.”
Paul Weller is also set to release 'That Dangerous Age' on 11th March, which is the first single to be taken from Paul’s highly anticipated new album. 'That Dangerous Age' will be available on CD Digipack, two 7” singles and a download EP.
