Dot To Dot booker Ben Ryles said:

“We’re thrilled to once again support the local scenes in Bristol and Nottingham. They are a vital part of the musical culture of these cities, and to shine a light on these incredible acts is something we’re continuously proud of. Idles, Hard Life, London Grammar, Jake Bugg and lots of others local artists have played the festival before going on to play larger venues and it's amazing to be part of that journey. Grassroots venues and artists are at the centre of Dot To Dot’s ethos, and we can’t wait to see these artists thrive.”

Stages confirmed so far include venues the O2 Academy Bristol, Electric Bristol, Thekla, The Fleece, Strange Brew, The Louisiana and Rough Trade in Bristol, with Rock City, Rescue Rooms, Bodega, Stealth, Metronome and Rough Trade among those hosting in Nottingham.
