aespa have released a new EP featuring solo tracks introduced during the opening shows of their current world tour.
Available across all major streaming platforms, 'SYNK : COMPLæXITY – 2026 Special Digital Single' features Karina's 16 Bit, Winter's Saddle Up, Giselle's BYEB4HELLO and Ningning's I Love You But I Gotta Let You Go, with each track exploring personal themes, including identity, confidence and love, while also highlighting each member's own style.
16 Bit uses pixels as a metaphor for losing sight of yourself, while Saddle Up focuses on confidence and letting your actions speak for you, and BYEB4HELLO and I Love You But I Gotta Let You Go both reflect on the pain of letting go. Karina, Giselle and Ningning also contributed to the writing of their tracks.
The four songs feature in the setlist for the K-Pop superstars' ongoing world tour, titled 2026-27 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : COMPLæXITY, which kicked off last month with two shows in Seoul and continues its fall North American leg with a show at the TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario tonight (September 15).
The UK and European leg will follow early next year and includes concerts at Manchester's AO Arena and London's O2 Arena on January 14 and 16, respectively. Tickets are on sale now.
Aespa released their second album, 'LEMONADE', in May. Last month, they put out the tracks Serenade by Karina and Winter, and Lollipop by Giselle and Ningning, as a digital single.
