Cover Drive Reveal Diverse Influences Including Bob Marley, Blink 182 And Bruno Mars

Barbados-based pop band Cover Drive have revealed that they've been influenced by an incredibly diverse range of music, with Amanda Reifer and co. listing people like Bob Marley, Gwen Stefani, The Strokes and Bruno Mars as inspirations.
The band were asked by Digital Spy who their influences were, and gave a rather diverse answer – picking artists from a number of different genres, from pop, to reggae, to indie, to hip-hop.
Reifer told the site: “Oh my gosh, definitely. Bob Marley is a huge influence. A lot of recent artists as well - Bruno Mars is incredible. Rihanna - her career is incredible. She's from Barbados, so she's a huge influence as well. Individually we all have really different influences.”
The rest of the group went on to list names like Beyonce, Imogen Heap, Blink 182, The Foo Fighters, Gwen Stefani, Radiohead and the Strokes – with T-Ray Armstrong confessing that he's into a bit of metal.
