Two Wounded Birds Unveil 'If Only We Remain' Video - Watch Now

With their long awaited, self-titled debut album out today through Jacob Graham of The Drums’ label Holiday Friends Recording Co, Kent quartet Two Wounded Birds have premiered the brand new video for their track 'If Only We Remain'.

Accompanying the current radio single ‘If Only We Remain’, the video follows in the footsteps of the record as a whole, with what appears at first glance to be quite an innocent & light-hearted clip later revealing a darker secret.

With recent performances including Dot to Dot, Camden Crawl, a Tracy Emin exhibition opening and a UK tour alongside Glasvegas under their belts – as well as a clutch of critically acclaimed singles & EPs - Two Wounded Birds return with what label owner Jacob Graham has describes as 'a palpable emotion proving that the rebel does have a heart after all and perhaps feels even more deeply than the rest of us.'

“It's easy to see why these rising stars caught the ears of such legends as Brian Wilson and Debbie Harry.” Graham continues. “Their songs capture the American spirit with clear allegiances to the Beach Boys, the Ramones and Elvis—all while still acknowledging the band’s British roots. You won't hear any Elton John-style American accents here; instead, Johnny Danger’s sound recalls the velvety tones of Colin Blunstone in his Zombies heyday—a voice with true character.

“In an age in which the shroud of 'pop' can describe any poorly constructed jingle that comes along, it's nice to see the dust settle and discover the genuine article…. Here you will find proof that sincere pop songs are truly timeless.”
