The View Unveil Video For 'Hold On Now' - Watch Now

The View put the finishing touches to an excellent year, that saw them return with the Top 10 album ‘Cheeky For A Reason’, with the confirmation of a fresh Winter Tour. The band will also digitally release a special double A-side in time for Christmas on 2nd December. The bundle release will feature ‘Tacky Tattoo’ and ‘Hold On Now’ as well as a B-side cover of Amy Winehouse’s ‘Addicted’. Check out the video for 'Hold On Now,' here.

Produced by Mike Crossey (Arctic Monkeys, Foals), ‘Cheeky For A Reason’ is the band’s fourth after the Mercury-nominated Number 1 debut ‘Hats Off To The Buskers’, the Top 10 follow-up ‘Which Bitch’ and 2011’s Top 20 ‘Bread & Circuses’.

The album flows from the Celtic-influenced melodic rush of ‘How Long’ (check out the video here) through the pounding punk of ‘AB (We Need Treatment)’ to the 70s-styled hybrid of piano pop and rich vocal harmonies that define the closing track ‘Tacky Tattoo’ (watch the video here).
