American rockers No Doubt look like they’re going to be embarking on a fresh world tour this year - after frontwoman Gwen Stefani revealed on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! show that they’d be hitting the road this summer.
The band appeared on the show to help launch Kimmel’s new slot at 11:35pm on a Tuesday, and performed the title track from their sixth album ‘Push and Shove’, which came out in September last year - you can check out a video of that below.
The band then went on to perform ‘Hella Good’ and a range of other songs for the hundreds of lucky fans in attendance, before Stefani started spilling the beans on the band’s plans for the new year ahead.
Speaking to fans, Stefani said: “Earlier today we got together and talked… and decided we’re actually going to go on tour this summer! This is kind of exciting, brand new news.”
The band lined-up a seven date residency in their hometown last year, and have an album’s worth of new material to play out - so a tour doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Exactly where this tour will take them is still unclear, so keep your eyes on Stereoboard for an announcement in the near future.
