Frightened Rabbit Unveil Video For 'Backyard Skulls' - Watch Now

Following the release of their critically-acclaimed fourth studio album 'Pedestrian Verse', which recently claimed the Number 9 spot in the albums chart, Scottish quintet Frightened Rabbit have unveiled the video for their upcoming ‘Backyard Skulls’ EP. The EP, which features new single of the same name, will be out on March 24th through Atlantic Records.

Lead singer Scott Hutchison commented, "This song takes the idea of skeletons in the closet a step further. It was inspired by a novel by the Scottish writer Chris Brookmyre, in which bodies are discovered using aerial photography. The song itself is one of the starkest contrasts between bright pop and darkness that we've ever written."

The band played a sold out show at London’s Forum last week, and continue their sold out tour till the end of this month. This is their biggest UK tour to date with gigs still to be played at Manchester, Liverpool, Gateshead, Edinburgh and Aberdeen, before finishing up at Glasgow’s Barrowlands on February 28th.

They’ve also been confirmed to appear at End of the Road Festival and T in the Park. More announcements to come so check back to Stereoboard soon!
