Tanya Lacey has unveiled the remix video for her new single Now That You're Gone. The Bristol singer songwriter has teamed up with Lady Leshurr and producer Diztortion for a special remix of the track, due for release on June 9.
Now That You’re Gone provides a powerful and emotive vocal performance over a hip hop, soul-infused production, detailing the pain of a recent break-up. The track follows on from Tanya’s ‘Head Chef’ EP late last year, which boasted the singles Greatness feat. Kano and Good Man feat. Roxxxan. Both singles were playlisted at BBC 1Xtra and Choice FM and heavily supported by taste-making DJ’s, Mistajam, CJ Beatz and DJ Target.
Alongside working on her own material, Tanya has recently enjoyed huge success writing and working with a wide array of established and developing artists. Tanya co-wrote will.i.am and J-Lo’s global mega-hit T.H.E (The Hardest Ever), as well as records for The Saturdays, Travie McCoy and Tulisa. She has written and will feature on Maxsta’s next single and penned the first single for Little Nikki.
