My Life Story have announced plans to celebrate their 20th anniversary with a November UK tour.
Regarded as part of the Britpop movement, My Life Story peaked in the mid to late 1990s. Fronted by singer/songwriter Jake Shillingford, the band were an outfit that crossed between a pop group an an orchestra. Check out the video for Sparkle, below.
The band's third and final album, 'Joined Up Talking', was released in 2000 and they called it a day shortly after their sixth top forty hit, It's a Girl Thing.
