Del Amitri Set For Long-Awaited UK And Ireland Tour

Del Amitri are set to hit the road in January and February 2014 for a long-awaited UK tour.
The Scottish band, whose hit albums include 'Waking Hours', 'Change Everything' and 'Twisted', will undertake the The A to Z of Us Tour in the early part of next year, with Justin Currie and Iain Harvie set to be joined by Andy Alston, Kris Dollimore and Ashley Soan.
Having teased the news on their official Facebook page earlier this week, Harvie said:
“Whenever anyone asked if Del Amitri would ever reform our standard response was ‘We never broke up - the phone just stopped ringing.’”
Currie is also on tour in September, having released 'Lower Reaches', his third solo album, in August. He'll play 12 dates, including a stop at London's Union Chapel.
Tickets for Del Amitri's reunion tour are on sale at 10am on September 6.
