Arctic Monkeys Joined Onstage By Miles Kane At iTunes Festival

Tuesday, 10 September 2013 Written by Elliott Batte

Arctic Monkeys launched their latest record ‘AM’ last night, having been joined onstage by garage rockers Drenge.

Performing live at the Roundhouse in Camden, London as part of the ninth day of the month-long iTunes Festival series, Alex Turner and co. ripped through new material from their latest album in style, with Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High, Arabella, R U Mine?, Fireside, One for the Road, and Snap Out of It all part of their set.

Prior to hitting the stage, their pals Drenge warmed-up the crowd in style, performing tracks from their self-titled debut album which hit shelves last month.

The Monkeys launched into their 2.5-hour set with their new Top 20 single Do I Wanna Know. Older tracks also featured in the set, including their energetic numbers Brianstorm, I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor and Fluorescent Adolescent.

The band invited Miles Kane onstage to perform 505 with them, while Bill Ryder-Jones also made a guest appearance for Fireside.
