We Are The Ocean Line Up October UK Tour And New EP

We Are The Ocean have announced details of some brand new music, as well as dates for their first full UK headline tour since they brought a UK run to a climax at London’s KOKO 14 months ago.
After the success of 2012’s ‘Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow,’ the Essex quartet will return to Middle Farm Studios to record a brand new EP with Peter Miles who produced their previous two records, ‘Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow’ and ‘Go Now and Live.’
The new tour will see We Are The Ocean showcasing new music as well as material from their previous three albums. Alfie Scully, lead guitarist, says of the announcement:
“We’re so excited to announce that we're heading out on the road again, touring has always been a huge part of what we're about as a band. We always aim to make every one of our shows something to be remembered and this tour will be no exception to that.”
Bassist Jack Spence adds:
“Not playing a show for over half a year is a curse I would not wish on any musician, and we are chomping at the bit to get back on the touring circuit doing what we love, and making the most of every second on stage.”
