Electric Daisy Carnival 2014 Becomes One Day Event

Thursday, 26 June 2014 Written by Jon Stickler

This year's Electric Daisy Carnival UK will now be a one day event.

Initially set to take place at Milton Keynes Bowl on July 12 and 13, with Avicii and Calvin Harris headlining, organisers broke the news via a statement posted to the festival's official website:

"It is with deep regret that due to logistical issues beyond our control, the 2nd day (Sunday 13th July) of EDC UK has been cancelled. Fans who purchased Sunday Day tickets or Weekend tickets will be contacted by their ticket agent by email and offered the choice of a refund or to swap for an additional ticket for the event on Saturday 12th July.

Saturday’s event will be going ahead as planned, and we can confirm that Calvin Harris who was scheduled to headline Sunday’s event, will now join the line-up on Saturday 12th July joining the likes of Avicii, Steve Angello, Steve Aoki, Paul van Dyk, Marco Carola, Nicky Romero, Martin Garrix, Paul Oakenfold, Ferry Corsten, Dubfire, Hot Since 82, Tidy Boys + more. Customers with additional queries should email info@electricdaisycarnival.co.uk"

Electric Daisy Carnival made its UK debut last year at London's Victoria Park, with Tiesto, Avicii and Steve Angello topping the bill.
