Formerly known as Beth Jeans Houghton, Du Blonde will kick things off at Brighton's Green Door Store on June 3. Following that she will call at London, Leeds, Bristol, Nottingham, Manchester and Glasgow. The tour ends at The Cluny in Newcastle on June 11. Tickets are on sale now, except for London, which will go on sale at 10.00am Friday, March 20.
Discussing the upcoming tour, Du Blonde said:
"I was hiding behind my guitar for so long. I want no choice but to look people dead in the eyes and give them all I have.”
