Jack Garratt has won the BBC’s Sound of 2016 prize.
The Buckinghamshire singer-songwriter and producer succeeded Years & Years in taking home the prestigious gong, with Alessia Cara, NAO, Blossoms, WSTRN and Mura Masa completing the top five.
Garratt will release his debut album, 'Phase', on February 19, followed by a UK and Ireland tour which includes stops in Dublin, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Oxford and Norwich between March 30 and April 12.
