Jean Michel Jarre, Underworld And Caribou To Headline New Festival Bluedot

Jean Michel Jarre, Underworld and Caribou are the first headliners to be announced for a new festival called Bluedot.

The three day event will take over Jodrell Bank, the Cheshire observatory, between July 22 and 24 and promises a mix of artists, speakers, scientists and performers.

In addition to the headliners, also on the bill are Everything Everything, Public Service Broadcasting, Mercury Rev, Steve Mason, 65daysofstatic, British Sea Power, Moon Duo, Erol Alkan, Beyond the Wizards Sleeve, Hessle Audio founder Ben UFO and DJ Yoda. Also, BBC Radio 4’s The Infinite Monkey Cage with Professor Brian Cox and Robin Ince will be recorded at the festival.

Full weekend and day tickets will go on sale at 9.00am on March 16. Prices start from £119.00 for the weekend and £35.00 for day tickets, plus fees.
