Hannah Grace will hit the road for her first UK tour this autumn.
The Bridgend singer will make stops in Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Cardiff and London between September 26 and October 3. Tickets go on sale at 9.00am on April 1. Support will come from Greta Isaac.
