The song is lifted from his debut album, 'Human', which was released last month through Best Laid Plans/Columbia Records.
The Londoner, who won this year's Brits’ Critics’ Choice award, will head out on a UK tour next month and play Brighton Dome on May 20 as a spotlight show for The Great Escape.
He will also headline a night of the Live In The Wyldes series on May 26, where he will be joined by Rationale, Rhys Lewis, Bobbie Johnson, Dabbla & DJ Frosty, Jam Baxter & DJ Sammy B-Side, Joanna Cooke and High Focus Records.
