Coldplay' Chris Martin Auctions Himself For School Charity

Wednesday, 17 May 2006 Written by Stereoboard.com
ImageChris Martin has again been demonstrating his charitable nature by lending himself for a North London schools fundraiser.

The charity event, for Canonbury Primary School, takes place tomorrow night (May 18th) and the star auction features the Coldplay singer.

The winner of the auction, for the schools Auction of Promises,  will get Chris Martin to perform at a night of their choosing, but there are stipulations in the small print.

He will play one song to a maximum audience of 10 people and a piano has to be provided, naturally. The auction also has to be redeemed within 6 months.

Tickets are limited to 110 places and are priced at £12.50 each.  Only ticket holders will have the chance to bid on the night.
