The 1975 Release New Single TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME

Thursday, 16 August 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

The 1975 have released a new single.

TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME follows up Love It If We Made It and Give Yourself A Try, and all three tracks are expected to feature on ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’, one of two new albums the band have promised. It's expected to drop in the autumn, while the second will follow next spring.

The song was premiered on BBC Radio 1 as the Hottest Record In The World. During his interview with DJ Phil Taggart vocalist Matty Healy discussed the song's dancehall and reggaeton influences, along with its non-autobiographical lyrics about infidelity.
