St. Vincent Announces Stripped Back Reimagining of 'Masseduction'

Wednesday, 03 October 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

St. Vincent has announced a pared back reimagining of last year's 'Masseduction'.

'MassEducation' is due out on October 12 and is a collaboration with pianist Thomas Bartlett, whom Annie Clark recently performed with at London’s Cadogan Hall.

In a statement about the album, Clark described her relationship with Bartlett: "So here it is: two dear friends playing songs together with the kind of secret understanding one can only get through endless nights in New York City."

Head below to listen to a new version of Saviour. Much like the previously shared Slow Disco, the track has been stripped back to its bare bones, giving more focus to Clark's theatrical vocals.
