Australian Punks Press Club Announce First UK Tour, Share New Single Suburbia

Wednesday, 09 January 2019 Written by Helen Payne

Press Club have shared a new single.

Suburbia is cut from the Australian punks’ debut album, 'Late Teens', which is due on January 25 through Hassle Records. They’ll follow up the LP’s release with their debut UK tour, kicking off on April 16 in Cheltenham and concluding in Cardiff on May 8.

The new track has a controlled use of guitar tremolo in a calm introduction before kicking into fifth gear with the full band rocking out with distorted riffs and bold, crunchy chords. The direct lyrics of the chorus make it immediately catchy, something they also achieved with last year's singles Headwreck and My Body’s Changing.

'Late Teens' tracklist:

1. Crash
2. Headwreck
3. Suburbia
4. My Body’s Changing
5. Golden State
6. Side B
7. Ignorance
8. Let It Fall
9. Trading Punches
10. Late Teens
11. Stay Low
