Bikini Kill Announce Second London Show At O2 Academy Brixton

Biniki Kill have announced a second summer London show.
The riot grrrl pioneers will double up at the O2 Academy Brixton on June 11, the day following their previously confirmed show at the venue. Original members Kathleen Hanna (vocals), Tobi Vail (drums), and Kathi Wilcox (bass), will be joined by guitarist Erica Dawn Lyle. Tickets for both dates are on sale now, priced from £35.00 plus fees.
The band - Hanna, Vail, Wilcox and then gutiarist Billy Karren- got together in 1990 and called it quits in 1997, following the release of their 1996 album 'Reject All American'. They're considered the instigators of the riot grrrl movement and have continued to inspire artists through various other projects, including the Julie Ruin and Le Tigre.
Bikini Kill have also announced reunion shows in Los Angeles and New York. Check below for dates.
