Anathema Confirm UK Shows As Part Of European 'We're Here Because We're Here' 10th Anniversary Tour

Anathema have announced a spring UK and European tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of 'We're Here Because We're Here'.
The British proggers will head to the intimate Saint Luke's Church in Glasgow on March 6 and the London Palladium on March 7, prior to a run in Europe. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on October 4.
The band recently signed to the Mascot Label Group and plan to release their 12th studio album in 2020. Speaking about the new trek, founder, vocalist and guitarist, Daniel Cavanagh said:
"We never usually do anniversary tours of particular albums, but in the case of WHBWH, which is the album that began our rebirth, we feel this is something we want to do. What I love about this album and that time in our journey is the life affirming qualities in the music. It’s an album of hope, reflection, of summer, of an intense uplifting emotion."
