Tropical Fuck Storm have shared the title track of their new maxi-single cassette, 'Moonburn'.

Eerie and slow-burning, the song centres around meandering distorted guitar and is joined on the EP by three other songs; Ann, a cover of the Stooges' 1969 cut, an acoustic rework of Tropical Fuck Storm's 2019 'Braindrops' track Aspirin, and a previously unveiled cover of Talking Heads Heaven

"Moonburn is about not being able to hide from everything or anyone, frontman Gareth Liddiard said. "But in the end, who cares? Everyone's a fuck up. It's like what Billy Joel sings: 'you're only human, woohoo!' Moonburn is like that Billy Joel song, except better."

The Australian band have North America and European tour dates scheduled for the autumn, including a London show at Studio 9294 on September 30. Head here for details. Their last album was 2021's 'Deep States'.

'Moonburn' tracklist:

1. Moonburn
2. Ann (The Stooges cover)
3. Aspirin (Slight Return)
4. Heaven (Talking Heads cover)
