Be Your Own Pet have shared another track from their upcoming album.
Following Hand Grenade and Worship The Whip, the garage-punk Goodtime! serves as the third taster of 'Mommy', the Nashville quartet's first full-length release in 15 years.
Head below to view the accompanying video, which was shot during the band's sold-out London shows earlier in June. Vocalist Jemina Pearl said:
"Goodtime! is about those moments where the responsibility of adulthood overwhelms you, and you wonder "how the fuck did I get here?!" You find yourself longing for the days of partying with abandon, not worrying if the babysitter is going to cancel, and jealous of your friends who are still living the carefree life. Mom’s just want to have fun too."
The follow-up to 2008's 'Get Awkward' will arrive on August 25 via Jack White's Third Man Records. They'll accompany the release with a UK tour in August, calling in Glasgow, Leeds, Bristol, Brighton, London, Nottingham and Manchester, followed by North American dates in the autumn. Tickets are on sale.
