Jennifer Lopez Announces Release Date For New Album 'This Is Me…Now' And Accompanying Film

Jennifer Lopez has announced the release date for her long-awaited ninth studio album.
The follow-up to 2014's 'A.K.A.' is called 'This Is Me…Now' and will arrive on February 16 via Nuyorican/BMG.
Written and executive produced by Lopez with Rogét Chayed, Jeff "Gitty" Gitelman and HitBoy, the project serves as a sister album to the singer's 2002 LP 'This Is Me...Then', which was dedicated to her then-fiance Ben Affleck and spawned the singles Jenny From The Block, as well as Dear Ben, a song about Affleck.
'This Is Me...Now' is set to include a new track called Dear Ben Pt. II, with Lopez and Affleck marrying in 2022, having rekindled their romance following their split in 2004.
Featuring contributions from songwriting and producing collaborators Angel Lopez, Drew Love, INK and Prince Chrishan, the record's first single, Can’t Get Enough, is slated to arrive on January 10. That same day, the album's Dave Meyers-directed companion film, This Is Me…Now: The Film, will become available globally on Amazon Prime Video.
Lopez revealed initial details of the visual project with a post on Instagram over the weekend. It's set to star the performer in the lead role, with additional cast members yet to be announced. Earlier today, a second teaser trailer was unveiled. Take a look below.
