Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will head to Scotland this summer.
The American rockers will headline the O2 Academy Glasgow on July 2, marking their only headline UK show of the year.
The performance comes ahead of their arena dates supporting Sammy Hagar in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and London, as well as their support slot for My Chemical Romance at London's Wembley Stadium on July 10.
Later this month, Jett and band will return to the House Of Blues Las Vegas for a five-date residency, before appearances at Strawberry Festival in Florida, and Beachlife Festival and Bottlerock Napa Valley in California in spring. They'll also play Rétro C Trop festival in France in June and Sjock Festival in Belgium in July.
Tickets for the new Glasgow show go on general sale at 10am on Friday (February 6). All other dates are on sale now.
Joan Jett and the Blackhearts released their first acoustic album, 'Changeup' in 2022, their first non-compilation record in nine years, featuring reinvented classic tracks. Since then, they've put out three live records on streaming services: 'Stay With Me (Live New York '80)', 'Listen Up (Live Toronto '82)' and 'Live New York '82'.
