Keith Urban Announces Yacht Rock-Inspired New Album 'Flow State'

Keith Urban has announced his 13th studio album.
The Grammy-winning country artist will release the yacht rock-inspired 'Flow State' on June 12 via MCA Records. It was recorded at Urban's The Sound studio in Nashville, with production handled by Urban and Dann Huff.
The album will include new versions of classic songs such as Summer Breeze, Baby Come Back and Just the Two of Us, an original track titled We Go Back featuring Michael McDonald, plus additional guest spots from Little Big Town and John Mayer. Urban said:
"The origins of this kind of music was, in certain ways, a reaction and an antidote to the stresses of the times. Its sole mission (and soul mission) is unchanged…to bring us together and remind us that life is happening NOW- the eternal now- and we have far more in common than not. I hope wherever you hear this album you can feel the exhale, comfort and optimism these songs were originally written by and for."
Alongside the announcement, the New Zealand born singer-songwriter has shared three songs from the record, Steal Away, We Go Back with McDonald and his take on the 1972 song Summer Breeze by Seals and Crofts. Press play below.
He will tour the US between May and August, followed by a return to Las Vegas for a two-night stint at the BleauLive Theater inside the Fontainebleau Las Vegas in October. Tickets are on sale now.
