John Wizards is a South African R&B and house outfit hailing from Cape Town. Formed in 2010, the group consists of vocalist and guitarist John Withers, singer Emmanuel Nzaramba, drummer Raphael Segerman, bassist and keyboard-player Alex Montgomery, guitarist Tom Parker and guitarist and keyboard-player Geoff Brink.
With their early recordings earning the praise of Mike Paradinas, the owner of Planet Mu, the band would earn a record deal and put out their self-titled debut album in 2013.
