Kygo—real name Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll—is a dance music producer from Bergen, Norway.
Inspired by the likes of Avicii in his teens, he would combine his piano-playing skills with his eagerness to produce electronic music, rapidly becoming an internationally renowned artist. He is particularly well-known for his collaborations with other artists, including Selena Gomez, Imagine Dragons, Ella Henderson, OneRepublic, Kodaline, Miguel, Julia Michaels, Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora and Kim Petras, and achieved huge amounts of success for his remix of Whitney Houston's Higher Love in 2019. He has released four studio albums to date, with the most recent being 'Thrill Of The Chase' in 2022. Kygo will headline Palm Tree Music Festival at Dana Point, California in May 2023. He has also announced a one-off headline show at London's Gunnersbury Park on August 12, 2023, with special guests MK, Sofi Tukker and Frank Walker.
