First staged in 1977, The Snooker UK Championship is one of snooker’s Triple Crown events, with many of the sport's greats such as Ronnie O’Sullivan, Neil Robertson, Mark Selby and Judd Trump having won the title in the past.

2025 will see the Masters Snooker event head to London's Alexandra Palace in January, and the World Snooker Championship take over Sheffield's Crucible Theatre during April and May, before the UK Championship Snooker finals take place in York at the end of the year.
