Supertramp are English art rock outfit hailing from London. Formed in 1969 under the name Daddy, the band would go on to change their name the following year, becoming the legendary band we know today.
Currently, the band consists of Rick Davies, Bob Siebenberg, John Helliwell, Carl Verheyen, Cliff Hugo, Lee Thornburg, Jesse Siebenberg, Gabe Dixon, and Cassie Miller, though a big mention must go to vocalist and songwriter Roger Hodgson. Supertramp have managed to sell over 60million records worldwide, thanks to tracks like Give a Little Bit, Its Raining Again, The Logical Song, and Take the Long Way Home and a string of popular studio albums. Supertramp would return in 2010 for their '70-10' tour, celebrating the 40th anniversary of their first release, and were set to reunite again for the Supertramp Forever tour, which would have seen them playing at London's O2 Arena in December. Unfortunately, Rick Davies' health issues have forced cancellation - keep your eyes peeled for updates though!
