Asian Dub Foundation are an electronica collective hailing from London. They are famous for their incredibly eclectic blend of rock, punk, dancehall, drum and bass, reggae, and hip-hop, which has earned them fans across the globe. They formed in 1993, and have releases on Slash, Virgin, FFRR, EMI, and Cooking Vinyl.
Their debut album ‘Facts and Fictions’ came out in 1995, and paved the way for a number of hugely-popular albums. They’ve hit #20 in the UK Albums chart twice - once with Rafi’s Revenge in 1998, and again two years later with ‘Community Music’. In October 2015, Asian Dub Foundation will perform their latest live soundtrack to George Lucas' 1971 cult sci-fi classic, THX 1138, at 11 venues across the country.
