BEAK> are an electronic band from Brsitol, consisting of Geoff Barrow of Portishead, Billy Fuller of Robert Plant's band, and Will young from Moon Gangs, who replaced Matt Williams of MXLX and Fairhorns in 2016.
Beak released their self-titled debut album on 16 November 2009. The music was recorded live in one room with no overdubs or repair, only using edits to create arrangements. All tracks were written over a twelve-day session in their hometown. BEAK> have supported Portishead and the Oh Sees, as well as having played ATP I'll Be Your Mirror Festival and Green Man, and their own headline tours of the UK and US. Their second album '>>>' was released in September 2018 through Invada Records in the UK and and Temporary Residence in North America. Beak have UK tour plans for late 2019 and into 2020.
