Ben Folds Five are an alternative rock trio from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. After forming in 1993, they enjoyed moderate success, and released five studio albums - one of which, ‘Whatever and Ever Amen’, earned a platinum certification - before splitting in 2000.
After attempting to pursue solo careers for a number of years, the three decided it was time to get back together and start making their unique style of rock once again - and they’re working on what will be their first album for over ten years.
