Liverpool band The Universal are set to announce their arrival on musical radars with the imminent release of their self-titled debut album on May 17th.

The mod rockers, who have recently been seen supporting Ocean Colour Scene and Paul Weller, have announced a London show at Dublin Castle in Camden for May 5th 2010.
