LCD Soundsystem and Hot Chip Announce Co-Headline UK Autumn Tour & Tickets

Two of the most popular electronic acts, LCD Soundsystem and Hot Chip, have announced they will play a series of special co-headline shows this autumn.

The two dance acts, who are long term friends with one another, will play four live UK dates in November which will probably be one of the most unmissable tours of the year. Kicking off at London’s Alexandra Palace on November 10th, the two groups will then hit Cardiff and Sheffield before finishing the jaunt in Manchester on November 15th.

Despite a lot of rumours circulating that their critically-acclaimed latest album, ‘This Is Happening’, is to be their final offering, anyone who got to see their festival appearances this year will assure you that LCD Soundstystem are still going strong, packing one of the most electrifying shows today. Those of you going to Bestival or next month’s Reading and Leeds festival have a real treat in store!

Teaming up with LCD Soundsystem will be five-piece pop troupe Hot Chip. Loaded with a stack of hits such as ‘Over and Over’, ‘Ready For The Floor’, ‘Boy From School’ and ‘One Life Stand’, the band have been enjoying a busy summer on the UK festival circuit. The group travel stateside shortly to play their biggest ever headline show at New York’s Central Park Summerstage.

LCD Soundsystem and Hot Chip will play the following UK dates:

November 2010

10th Alexandra Palace, London
12th CIA, Cardiff
13th Magna Arena, Sheffield
15th Apollo, Manchester
