Dawn Kinnard set to release new Album Wrong Side Of The Dream

Dawn Kinnard’s 2nd album, Wrong Side Of The Dream is due for release on the 13th September. Hoping to repeat the critical acclaim that her debut album, The Courtesy Fall, received following its release in 2008.

Promising a raw, stripped down album, singer/songwriter Dawn came to the UK to record her new album with composer and producer Damian Montagu and mixer Gareth Johnson who has worked with the likes of Kasabian, Razorlight, Kaiser Chiefs and Duffy.

The album is to be released under Dawn and Damian’s new label, DK Records.

The album, which includes a duet with Ron Sexsmith, was wrote during an eventful US road trip, whilst listening to the likes of Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Patti Smith and Nina Simone and looks set to be a thoughtful, insightful album full of poignant lyrics and tales of heartbreak, defiance, love and loss.
