Take That Reveal New Album Title & 2011 Tour Details

The newly reunited Take That have revealed the title and release date of their feverishly anticipated new album.

Titled 'Progress' and set for release on November 22nd, the new album will be Take That's first offering featuring Robbie Williams since the superstar quit the band 15 years ago. For fans unable to wait that long, 'Progress' will be preceded by new single 'The Flood' on November 14th. Listen out for it on the airwaves from October 8th!

A statement released on behalf of Take That said. "Following the most exciting reunion in British pop history, Take That unveil the title of their long-awaited new album – Progress."

The album release has now sparked interest towards a huge Take That tour which is rumored to be revealed at the end of October. The Take That lads will certainly be happy to pull off another nationwide tour which, with Robbie Williams in tow, would earn them an estimated £15 million each!

The Sun newspaper reports that Take That are expected to play to a record-breaking total of three million people whilst touring next year. The tour is said to consist of 54 dates in stadiums all over the world including a string of dates at the UK’s Wembley Stadium, City of Manchester Stadium, Scotland’s Murrayfield Stadium and the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

If demand for tickets is anything like that seen for Take That’s last tour, ‘The Circus’, then expect a sell-out within minutes. Revealing a few details about the 2011 tour, a source explained, "Take That's creative tour team will be working on the biggest show they have ever put on. Kim Gavin, who has worked with Take That on all their spectacular tours, is already briefed and ready to start coming up with amazing ideas."
